Pricing
The office charges for all representation on a flat fee basis. We believe that knowing the total cost of representation upfront is essential to building trust within the attorney/client relationship. Payment plans are available, but all fees must be paid in full before the first dispositive setting (plea, trial, dismissal, etc.). Plea fees are standardized, and are set out below. Trial fees are set on a case-by-case basis and must be determined based on the complexity and preparation required. In any case, we pledge that we will be open and honest about the fee structure, and answer any questions that you may have.
All of the prices set out below are for Dallas or Collin counties. Other counties are served, but at an additional fee to account for travel and scheduling.
Agreed Pleas
- Misdemeanor $500
- Felony $1,000
Expunctions / Nondisclosures $500
(plus the cost of filing with the court)
Tickets
- City of Dallas $75 whether in warrant status or not.
- Other ticket courts start at $75, call or email to inquire.
